Can a photobooth be used at a beach wedding or other beach party?

It has been a while, but in September we attended a beach wedding in Katwijk aan Zee and in October we were at a beach pavilion in Scheveningen for a corporate event. Because we receive many questions about photo booths on the beach, we would like to tell you more about it!
“Can We Also Rent a Photobooth for a Beach Pavilion?”
That is exactly the question we regularly receive. From weddings in beach pavilions to corporate events, it is a popular type of location.
The answer to the question is actually quite simple: “Yes!”. You can certainly rent a photo booth for a beach pavilion. The atmosphere is even very well suited for it!
“Do We Need to Consider Anything Specific?”
The answer is simple: “YES!”.
Let us explain. A beach pavilion is often located on a boulevard, like in Scheveningen, or further in the dunes like in Hoek van Holland, or at the bottom of a beach entrance like in Katwijk aan Zee. It is important that we can approach the location closely by car. Each location also needs a supply of fresh food and drinks, which often comes with large trucks. If they can get there, so can we.
But make sure to check the accessibility thoroughly. Also, ensure that we can enter without stairs! We use carts that fit perfectly through a door, but they really bounce too much over stairs.
Sand and a Photo Booth: Is That a Good Combination?
Of course, you don't place the photo booth right in the middle of the beach.
We always set up indoors, in a location that is covered, dust, sand, and wind-free.
But we love working at the beach, enjoying the sand under our feet before your party starts.
